received new rumors today:
1) The E-P1 can control an external flash (the FL-XXR)
2) Video Record can use 6 ART Fliters
3) With the m4/3 – 4/3 adapter your E-P1 can autofocus normal four thirds lenses!!!
4) There is a mic on the front of the E-P1
The most important news for me is point 3!
1) The E-P1 can control an external flash (the FL-XXR)
How?
By putting it in the hot shoe? That’s sometning you would take for granted, no?
By remote control? That would be a pleasant surprise!

hello. I`m Oly user in South Korea.
I will focus on No.3 m4/3 – 4/3 adabter.
When P&I was held in Korea I asked about the problem to Oly officer.
She answered me that “Yes. It works.”
I am sure the answer included all 4/3 lenses but I believe that every lens will work with new Oly m4/3 – 4/3 adabter.

I want to make sure that it means the all 4/3 lenses?
Will autofocus function work with the lenses being not supporting contrast AF?
Re point 3: Does that mean ALL 4/3 lenses, or just “some” 4/3 lenses as with the existing Panasonic adapter for the G/H1? I’d bet on the latter…

Have you guys seen the “Will It Blend?” video where they throw an Olympus E-620 DSLR and a Stylus point-and-shoot into a blender? It seems like they are trying to get DSLR image quality into a point-and-shoot body. That’s what Olympus is promising with their Micro Four Thirds camera.
