I have been following the rumors and waiting for the announcement. Sadly, the camera is impractical for boomers like me who do not have perfect eyes. It is uncomfortable and irritating to tip my head back at 45 degrees so that my progressive glasses (fancy bi-focals) enable me to focus on the LCD. I need a flip-up LCD or (ideally) an electronic view finder. It seems compact cameras are designed by 30 year old engineers for other 30 year olds with perfect eyes. Regards, Allen Woolfrey P.S.
