I just wanted to let you know that since early July I am travelling a lot, a bit for vacation and a bit for work. I am doing my best to keep this website up to date but the next eight days will be even more busy than usual. So please excuse me if I can’t answer all your comments and emails. And also sorry if I will forget to publish some of the links you send to me. All my effort will now go to rumors only, Panasonic GF pro, Olympus PEN pro, Fuji and of course all the upcoming lenses (there will be many coming in August-September!).

Rob sent me following text: “Hello! Received a metabones c-mount to m4/3 adapter today. The fit was so tight it almost got stuck on my GH-1. Looks like others have had similar experiences: http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/archive/index.php/t-249698.html. Since this adapter might damage any m4/3 camera it is fitted to, it would be cool if you could issue a warning on 43Rumors. Would have saved me some trouble…..I was able to file off some metal, and now have a ok fit. But this really should not be neccesary on what is a dapter marketed as “professional”. Will definitely go for a chep China adapter again next time.”

Finally we can know the price of the other two PEN cameras! The E-Pm1 will cost 429£ at Cameraworld in UK! That should be around 499 Euro in Europe and 499 Dollars in US. It means the camera will be 200 Euro/Dollar cheaper than the Panasonic GF3 (Check the price at [shopcountry 23109]). It will be also 100 Euro/Dollars cheaper than the Sony NEX-C3 (Check the price at [shopcountry 23799]). Only the Samsung NX100 is cheaper but only becuase it’s going to be replaced soon (Check the price at [shopcountry 20762]).
The E-PL3 will cost £529.00 at Cameraworld. That should be around 599 Euro in Europe and 599 Dollars in US.
As you know the E-Pl3 should be in Stock by late August/early September and the E-PM1 in October only.
Zdp-189.tumblr.com toke that picture of the new Noktor Hyperprime 50mm f/0.95 production (demo model) post acquisition by SLRMagic from their showroom in Sim City, Mongkok. I have been told by the SLRmagic guys that they remade the focusing part of the lens to get perfect infinity focus. And every lens has to be tuned before to go for sale and that (alng the stonrg yen) is the reason for the higher production costs. The new lens should hit the stores by end of the month.
P.S.: Those are the links to the other three lenses made by SLRmagic:

As you know the most used camera on Flickr is the iPhone…Compact Cameras are dead and long live the Phone Cameras! That’s the revilution that is going on the mass market. And that’s why Panasonic is pushing their new Lumix Phone. Today they annoucned the new Panasonic Lumix Phone P-05C you can see here: Panasonic Japan. It has 3.3-inch LCD, 13.2MP sensor with full HD video recording, it is the world’s first phone with optical “anti-shake” (something we would love to see in m43 Panasonic cameras!) and DLNA support.
