Probably photoshopped pictures that are maybe close to the real camera?
They also claim to know the prices of the GF1, external EVF and lenses:
Kit pancakes / 99,800 yen -1,060.00 USD (EVF Set / 118,000 yen -1,254.00 USD)
Macro Kit / 109,800 yen -1,166.00 USD (EVF Set / 128,000 yen -1,359.00 USD)
Single body / 79,800 yen -847.834 USD
55,000 yen -584.347 USD EVF single / 29,800 yen -316.000USD pancake lens / macro lens only 45,000 yen -640 USD
The big surprise is that there will probably be a external EVF (not shown in any picture).
We are getting closer to the IFA Berlin event. Canon and Samsung announced their new compact cameras and other competitors will soon add more new stuff.
We are selecting the false from the true rumors. The next Panasonic announcements will soon help us to know which Panasonic sources were right with their rumors.
What are our (43rumors team) predictions?
It is very likely that Panasonic will soon announce a very interesting camera. We probably will see the long awaited compact MicroFourThirds camera. There will be also at least 2 new prime lenses, the 45mm macro and 20mmf/1.7 lens. Our latest news about the LX3 successor says that you will have to wait until next year before you can see it.
Olympus won’t release a new MicroFourThirds camera for the IFA and you still have to wait months before they will unveil their next MicroFourThirds lenses. Few trusted sources told us in these days that there will be new FourThirds stuff but we do not know if it will be the long awaited E-3 successor or/and FourThirds lenses. We really hope both ;)
photozone usually reviews lenses but they made also a very good Olympus E-620 testing.
