The only things they on’t like are the price (and we fully agree) and the High-ISO results.
By the way, I expect price will fall after the Pentax K7 release which should have an incredible video-quality…

Why should you buy it? The best camera is the camera you can carry with you all the time. It has 8 Megapixel (that means better quality than modern masspixeled compact camera) and for THAT price you will get a very good camera.
Someone told me Olympus called the prototype camera of the next E-3 successor … E-3 markII ! Probably it will not be the final name of the camera they will show us this year. But may this is one more proof that the camera will be an evolution and not a revolution. We still believe there is a good chance to see a new nomenclature.

A new ISO comparison between the three cameras shows the worse HIGH-ISO results from the Olympus E-620 compared to Nikon and Canon. But remember this are studio tests! In the real world the Olympus has a in BODY-IS which allows you to take shots at lower ISO (Nikon or Canon users have to spend a lot of money for stabilized lens).
