Panasonic filed two patents of multi-PD/pixel sensor for on-sensor HDR and PDAF

Hi-Lows-Note spotted two new Panasonic patents. They do describe a tech for on-sensor HDR and PDAF. The PDAF system sort of looks like the Dual Pixel AF that works on Canon mirrorless cameras. This is the best autofocus system for tracking.
